Good points there.
Nevertheless I have to clarify that the idea about STO doing a takeover is just my own personal opinion and not based in any ways or form as a promotion or evidence. Just GUT FEELING as they say.
The reason I am saying so, is because while STO went through what it did before, it was due to the fact that STO had a different CEO at the time, and now that CEO has gone and someone else with a bit better risk factor is at the helm.
Yes, this NEW CEO cut travel costs and other waste of money which is the usual in big corporation where a lot of money is wasted when it come in by the wheelbarrow full on a daily basis, but he hasn't cut back in drilling and exploration where any O&G company has to put it's resources if they are to improve, or at least maintain, their resources/reserves positions. Any oil and gas, if not replaced with new wells, will eventually finish thus leading to some rude shocks at some stage or another.
Hence why STO came out now telling us that the are intending to restart their JV with us, from where they've finished off. The point is that if and when they will start, we will have to contribute for our shares of the costs, or having to dilute ourselves even further. Now, will MB be happy to see that happening.??
I repeat once again that STO has a New CEO now...
As for MB supporting the current BOD, of course they will. Especially when they have so much at stake and where they have the current BOD under that famous "SQUIRREL'S GRIP"...........It was just a tongue in cheek comment on my part when I replied to someone else's post which raised that question.
