The "know better than all others" at ACCR (the "R" is truthfully "Righteous" not "Responsibility") seem to think that the metallurgy of steelmaking (done mostly by Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Indian steelmakers) can be instantaneously and unilaterally changed by BHP and that it is BHP's responsibility to do so.
So, check out ACCR analysis if you have time, then vote FOR the BHP plan.
