Sorry for the long delay in getting back to your email. I have contacted who I said I would and unfortunately no go with assistance there. She has enough troubles of her own and both her and the others simply want to forget what happened over CVI. She said to say hi and it may pay to contact her, she could use a friendly ear.
That said she did tell me one thing. The CVI group did not use solicitors, you CAN lodge documents yourselves without using solicitors as they did.
