ASC shareholders, rather than throw out your proxy forms (as I usually do) make sure you have a say in how you think the directors have performed.

Hans Moser is up for re-election. Moser is on about a dozen boards, mostly penny dreadful stocks, and has shown that adding shareholder value is beyond his capabilities. Make a small effort and send in your vote and let them know how you feel.

Otherwise Moser will continue to collect director's fees and that is something I can't stomach.
