    I've got a quick question guys re the TO panel application.

    It states the company is seeking to prevent the 3 shareholders from voting at the requisitioned general meeting, however it doesn't mention anything about stopping them from voting at the AGM... therefore could they still vote NO to the re-election of SM at the AGM?
