Big time!!We are having a GM to vote on what could have very significant repercussions for all shareholders.And its happening NOW!!Potentially, one of the most important votes that shareholders have had to decide in my long memory of this company.This General Meeting is asking all shareholders to approve the issue of no less than 264,285,,714 Ordinary shares PLUS 528, 571, 428 attaching options. Nearly 800 million new shares and options, and over 500 million of them to be in the market, in addition to the 1.65 Billion shares and options already in the market!! It's a .008 share company!!.Yes, THAT significant. And most of it revolves around one word!!!"Listing", albeit, the wording of the Resolutions is, IMO, rather a very roundabout way of saying listing of the .015 options is subject to shareholders approval", as what I thought was THE concern? (unlisted now, but all the Explanations call them "listed" they ARE the .015 options)The listing of them, not the issue of them, where the Resolution places the "issue" of them up to the shareholders, but, if the Resolutions are passed, the "listing" of them up to the ASX, subject to a successful application by the Company??Resolution 5 simply says "Approval of attaching options for placement participants".That's the 500,000,000 one, the major one.An Against vote and they won't be issued.Period.A For vote means that they will be issued, subject to the company satisfying several formalities for them to be listed.Maybe we should be discussing those Resolutions here and now, as this forum is the most read of anything that Unith is about. And it's happening in just 23 DAYS time, not months and years. NOW stuff!! Voting has already commenced. This is urgent!!Remember, it is strictly only for holders of ordinary shares in Unith who can vote, not anyone who participated in the CR.The ball is fair and square in shareholders' hands!!! .
