I am not a shareholder, but I'll throw in my 2c.

I think Ernst should be removed, but I don't believe the challengers have the project's best interests in mind. Bronzewing is worthless, so they effectively have a large, aging plant with no mill feed. Shareholders would be handing over Julius for free if they voted yes - and would Metaliko deliver value? Big question.

As you pointed out, this challenge has prompted Earnst to promise an over due JORC resource within 9 months. If I was a shareholder, I would probably vote for him, with the caveat that he delivers or steps aside.

Bear in mind EAR have little cash left, and this challenge will be burning cash. Expect a CR for ongoing activities.
