Just a note to clear up something - as an option holder I am not allowed to vote for the resolutions that would involve me getting a benefit - instead I can have my proxy votes cast by the chairman - how he will vote I can not say but it would appear that this is my best option as the board has recommended the shareholders vote for each of the resolutions - this would probably insure all resolutions get passed if those holding options and shares do this

In relation to the 7.5 million options to be given to each member of the Board - I am comfortable with this as those involved have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to save the company from administration and forward the project to where we have a top 5 phase three trial in the world and they have not been renumerated overly well to this point

I concur with other posters that this is CHEAP at the moment
