Few points i'd like to throw out there.

Firstly about a CR - lets face it the only way QMC is going to get anywhere is with funding to do the drilling it needs to and get the Young Australia site up and running.

As much as we want to see this without dilution I am very doubtful of a JV partner stepping in to support the project for all aspects of the costs. I.e. shareholders will be called upon.

I will be voting in favour for the additional funding and for Brian Rear to be appointed. In all other items I am against - the reason being that the options I believe are too favourable relative to those that are currently on issue.
