Personally I attended the last AGM in 2015 and was very very unhappy with the behavior of Wayne. He struggled to pronounce the names of the two Sunbridge brands. He didn't pronounce his fellow co-workers names properly and referred to one of them by the incorrect name. He then later struggled to stay awake for the whole meeting.

I have dealt with him over the phone and via email on a number of occasions and have become increasingly dissatisfied with his behavior and performance. Now he may brag about how awesome the stores are and the quality of the goods and show of his Pandist belt. But this is not what we are paying him $55,000 per year to do. He has other responsibilities that he is simply not following and unfortunately getting away with it. Drawing a salary for almost zero work.

Personally I am planning on voting against him at the AGM. Simply to send a message and because I hate incompetence. I think shareholders don't realize how much power they wield in removing unproductive staff such as Wayne as the original investors who have remained as shareholders have in the past not been voting on these matters. The reason I am posting here is because I am keen to gain an estimate of how many SBB shareholders on this forum are willing to vote Wayne out of office at the next AGM?
