8.35 per cent p.a is not a bad deal for a company like XPE that is still very young and risky with no hard assets. In addition, the holders could only convert to shares at 20 per cent and 40 per cent above two-day average price (at PREMIUM). Imagine that home loan is round 4 to 5 per cent with your home is used as the security.
So please do not compare XPE with BHP.
I suggest that you do your DYOR and broaden your view in regard to money market and lending or borrowing.
