When you spread nonsense don't be surprised if you get it back on your face.
Lynas did not get into this miserable situation because of bad luck.
NC and this board brought the company to the situation it is now by making mistake after mistake in Malaysia. NC is good at getting funds but he does not understand any thing in PR and in legal issues. A wise man gets specialist advisers in these areas and acts according to their advice. But it is obvious that NC did not take any advice. He forces the company to behave like the secret service. No information, no transparency except what NC decides to say. And when they make mistakes they begin to lie stupid contradicting lies. For example, when they inform the investors about the freeze few hours too late, they write to the ASX that "it was not price sensitive" and the 10% decline "started even before the court's decision".

This reminds me of the story of someone who borrows a pot and refuses to return it saying: "Firstly, I did not borrow any pot" and "Secondly, the pot has holes and is useless" and "Thirdly, I already returned it"....

1. For years they did not invest any effort in building community relations. No efforts also in building investor relations.

2. They did not react to the defamation for years. When the media asked for their reactions for the defamation they behaved as if they have something to hide by replying with "no comment".

3. Only after I and others demanded that they will sue the liars they sued them and got them to stop their defamation.

4. They have hired incompetent law firm to represent them against SMSL. This law firm made major legal mistakes.
4a. they agreed to give leave to SMSL to appeal even though the appeal period has elapsed.
4b. They agreed to move the case to Kuantan, where the local judge is naturally biased.
4c. At the first session in Kuantan they fell into the trap put by SMSL smart lawyer and agreed to a week of stay on the TOL. This was a big blunder because it established a precedent, which enabled the judge to continue with the stay until Nov. 8. Lynas's stupid lawyer only woke up and objected to the stay on Oct. 10 when it was too late to object.
4d. They should have but they did not appeal the stay immediately in Federal court in KL.

5. Their defamation case is stuck and as usual they don't tell us about it.

6. Only now they woke up and remembered to activate the LAMP employees in protesting the stay. They could have done this 6 months ago. But NC thinks that its better to be "nice polite guys" and thinks that it will bring us success.
