Nice of you to agree with me that more imformation should have explained of the purpose to raise $500K
If Good Corporate Governance been in place I don't believe that the Crown Affair would have taken place & the Board has had plenty of time to right that wrong by having separate positions for Chair & CEO.
I still have faith in the company going forward otherwise as you say I should have sold out. However I am not A quitter.
