    As this transaction is clearly a backdoor listing for NS...

    Any thoughts on when.... or, if OBJ/Wellfully gets spun out to allow Danny to complete the public listing of HIS company...? (at our expense)...

    We put all the capital up based on future potential... only for it to be farmed off to outside equity interests.
