That is a very good question however one of the pieces of information that would allow shareholders to do a reasonable forecast about cash flow is unavailable to shareholders due to the timing of this proposal. Coincidence? I think not. I'm talking here about the revised P & G terms. The only way we can calculate any benefit is via the quarterly accounts. I suspect the revised terms will show a clear upside.

This is only one of many uncanny coincidences about this deal that sucks big time for the shareholders. Conversely, all these coincidences will benefit the board handsomely......what are the odds huh? Seems us shareholders are just very very unlucky.
