Mak you could be correct in all you say. Being a long term holder here, I have lost total faith in this company. They may have had great intentions but the execution has been consistently abysmal, they have also been shocking at communicating with shareholders. I was moving to the point of selling and taking a loss when trading was suspended. Obviously those inside this company have been in on the deal from the start, so they want it. It delivers something for them. The rot really set in when they started giving themselves cheap shares for vague, non-financial milestones. So in essence a company that has severely lost its way is not probably now going to be able to navigate and deliver the kind of nuanced deal you can see as a possibility. Say this gets voted down, where are they suddenly going to get the backbone and competence to be visionary and bold? My thinking is there is a slim outside chance to get out with something if this goes ahead.
