@opel24v Just researched more and not spoken to anyone outside what is written on HC. Firstly when I found what I described as Plan B... 1:24 It says the company will continue doing what it has if the deal does not come through... This was of concern, as none of us want a repeat of the last 10 years . Where trickling income is only enough to pay wages, directors fees etc, plus put $$ aside for the next "big thing" SO for me, without a springboard of $$ we could be treading water for the next 3-5 years... Which I am not prepared to wait if the price is at current levels.
Secondly , the light bulb moment of "if" and a big IF the price were to rise substantially then Danny would receive a lot less shares and therefore our dilution is minimised. New $$ will want a return, how much , time will tell, so I chose to ride on the coat tails of the new money and possibly a group of well to do investors who could push the price up just to avoid heavier dilution than the maximum.
The hair pods were well received, and with bodyguard being able to be pushed along, there is for me more opportunity of a rise in the value of my investment with the possibilities of the new deal, rather than the groundhog day that has been many years. Each have to look at their own investment objectives . I have waited long enough...its either make or break literally.
