I'm thinking there will be no MC until Cay can show that they can fund the mine and their inability to do so so far is what's holding up the MC. I'm also sure the debacle of the last couple of months isn't giving the cameroon government much confidence in our ability to do so. it's all up to JS to turn it around now and I'm sure he is working hard to achieve that. That said the clock is ticking and they won't wait forever!
