Can't argue against any of that, they may well have the offers in hand and can't publicly announce them. I'm just trying to fathom why the MC signing is taking so long. I know the wheels of gov turn slowly but it's my understanding Cameroon want and need this to happen so why is it still sitting on the ministers desk? Something is holding it up and with no information all we are left with is speculation.
