He was given the nickname GregE, E for exaggerator, by a small band of disbelievers.

Anyway, I like the project, and will be happy to support a fresh set of management, as long as we can get the ML etc. If we don't, we're goners and the Chinese will pick up the pieces. Like most developing African projects, that seems to be their end game, but there are green shoots in a few parts of Africa where new governments are fighting back against corruption. Not sure about Cameroon yet though.
