Having read the ann: in its entirety i am of the opinion that the proposed change will boost the current stagnated SP. Compairing the current directors with the propsed new directors i cant come to any other conclusion but to say it will benefit the SH tremendously if we can get a change! My vote will most certainly go to a change for the better! I will vote what i believe will be in my best interest! Consider your take on this before casting your vote! Never allow the chair to decide to make such important decision on your behalf! He will always consider his best interest before yours! DYOR!
