The resolutions are all separate, and the appointment of the new directors is not conditional on the removal of the incumbents. One thing occurred to me is that it is theoretically possible that resolutions 1 and 2 could be passed, but resolutions 3 and 4 defeated, meaning that all that happens is two new directors are added. Now that would be a tricky situation. Holders should be conscious of that when voting.
