Voting for NOM

I want change and this is how I will be voting, also those wanting to send their proxies to me please don't do it online is best mark chairman and make sure you vote accordingly below if want change, please mark every box

Res 1 - Vote AGAINST - Strike 1

Res 2 - Vote AGAINST

Res 3    - Vote FOR

Res 4 - Vote FOR

Res 5 - Vote FOR

Res 6 - Vote AGAINST

Res 7 - Vote AGAINST (hopefully win this, principle not allowing EGO to do dilution through placement to SHOP's, instead if they want to raise capital do so via rights issues to all shareholders which are not part of 15%rule) The big guys get bigger and smaller holders end up diluted and don't get a chance to take up offer.

Res 8 - Vote maybe FOR (But not 100% sure at this stage need to find out if those obscene cash bonuses are hidden in this first)

Anyway I hope this helps many holders who intend to vote for change but please DYOR this is just my opinion ok.

I strongly believe the best way to ensure change is by a 249 then we get 3 board changes (get the best people wanting immediate change in SP not wait another few yrs) and not 1 change under the NOM at AGM which will not help us imo.

Plus a strong message gets told of all the facts from both sides to every holder then we can effectively get well over 6000 holders wanting change. If we do not do a 249 then we will fail to get change imo and we will be unfortunately stuck with the status quo and never have the votes to change anything going forward as MR  will take up more of a holding in time from where I see it.

Seriously some holders have been here for 5, 10 and over 16 yrs they are all on big losses time for change and get true independent people who value success by SP results not some pie in sky 5 yr plan, well that's my take on it, good luck to all, off to sleep now, night all.
