As an ex holder from way back, i am all for you guys trying to fight back,and i wish you all the very best, God knows you guys have done the hard yards.
Keep in mind though, voting against these resoultion(whilst i 100% agree) could very well end up with the company going out of business IMO.
Damned if you do and damned if you dont , becaz right now the stock cant be sold, but after a consolidation you may well be able to salvage some cash.
