A Question,
If NAB was burnt via a UK acquisition Would they not have then offered assistance to SGH during this purchase.
If every Australian company that Takes over in UK has failed, Would NAB not ensure that SGH becomes the first to prosper. As they are financially backing the acquisition they should have been diligent and know the traps that caused their own downfall.
