    It is just a formality as it about shares issued last year. But those issues must always be confirmed by sh at an EGM or the AGM which is held on 17 May in London.

    So, no new issue here, just old stuff.

    Very low volume today, but sp held. Maybe supported by the strong Japanese interest CNQ has reported today.
