Oh they should phone them? Of course-why didn't I think of that? Because for sure rap would have hired multi (and I mean multi) lingual phone operators for their 'help'line who can explain the process to someone from say, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, France...need I continue? lol. Besides which, I'd say these days email is a preferred method of communication because it's contains a written record of that communication, rather than 'the person on the phone said....' Anyway, please don't concern yourself with replying to my post/s-it's all good
