I’m more and more Ravanelli’s opinion that maybe the banks/custodian where given false information as a family member told me, that his bank after his request said, that the acquisition was mandatory so no voting. As this information just came from one bank and not from different sources (and as I said I couldn’t confirm it with my bank or RAP) I didn’t wanted to spread rumors. But if this is really the case now, who forwards this kind of (wrong) information to the custodians?
We are a few SH and the amount of RAP shares is quite high.
So as I said it would be good to hear from other abroad SH (maybe not only from Switzerland) if they have similar problems.
