Otherwise they can send you a registered letter (I laughed at this because good luck getting it delivered overseas and back before Wednesday's vote)...I hope this helps.

Really appreciate your help and the effort very much!

Talked to my bank again today on the phone and they confirmed again that they haven't received anything (information comes from a central authority they in turn get it from.... etc.,). So many excuses and no one is really responsible or knows more.

As time is running out, we have now agreed that they will issue me a "Confirmation of Holding" asap and try to find out what my SRN/HIN is so that I can possibly vote online. Since RAP-IR supposedly doesn't believe that I'm really a SH and so ignoring my e-Mail (or just busy printing new business cards with Pfizer logo...), maybe I can use this confirmation to ask RAP-IR for my SRN/HIN.

All very unsatisfactory...

Hence, it is even more important, who can vote in an uncomplicated way, please vote!
