It was no problem at all to call Tony. I'm not sure how helpful it turned out to be, but I really hope you can get the necessary paperwork to prove you're a shareholder (so many doubting Thomases about sadly) in time to vote. I found it strange that there was no cohesion between the phone line and the email address account. You'd think a help line/centre for something so important would cater to helping people via all possible communication methods in the one place....who knows, maybe they were busy printing new business cards with the Pfizer logo lol...stranger things have happened I'm sure. You're right though-It is most definitely unsatisfactory. Anyway, best of luck to all of us
