I’ll follow your advice! IMO because of the bank secrecy here in Switzerland it’s hold with a custodian. But normally the custodian receives the information about M&A’s, CR etc. and then they inform the SH proactively. This always worked as described but not this time with this important no-Pfizer voting… very fishy…
