If international shareholders aren't getting information about the vote, especially if they've emailed rap with no response (time is ticking), and want to vote, as is their/our absolute right, surely this should be looked at by a governing body of some sort?
What an absolute shamozzle this whole situation is. Ostensibly this is not the first company with international shareholders that's been taken over by a corporate giant-you'd think the takeover team would have all bases covered...maybe if (and this is said with tongue planted firmly in cheek), the international shareholders emailed rap and said they really want to see the deal go through so tell us how to lodge our vote please, they'd get a prompt reply? (insert shrug emoji here)...our feet are
digging in further and voting no all the way! IMO, DYOR & all the best to all of us![]()
