Under ASX rules they cannot announce anything that is not already released so it has to be put out before the AGM for them to discuss as we know there will be an ASX officer present to keep an eye on proceedings most probably.
Lets see what transpires.I don't think its this AGM really as before it was just general us and downs but this co-insides with the SU 10c deal and lack of marketing after promises etc etc but it is now time as 6 - 7 months before all papers have to be finished and backed up for the ML so lets see how the voting goes.
I did hear from a friend of a friend that the Board were thinking of pulling res 7 to 16 but nothing so maybe they got the votes who knows ??
