The Intuitive Pty Ltd guy Nesveda is a shareholder, he claims to be speaking to Miller and the directors on a very frequent basis and had some involvement early on.
It is riddled with compliance conflicts of interest.
This is what makes the whole thing strange, surely the Board and legal would realise the read flags here particularly not confirming the AFSL status of any party engaged to raise capital.
