Voting Instructions for voting AGAINST

METHOD 1: VOTING ONLINE

Voting online must be done by Wednesday 5th June by 10am

To save NetComm vote AGAINST the Scheme using the Online Register

1. Click on https://investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.au/
2. Either logon using Portfolio Login details or single holding login. The following instructions will assume you are logging in as a Single Holding Login:
- Issuer Name: NTC
- HIN/SRN: Enter your Holder Identification Number (HIN) if CHESS. This begins with an X and then is your numbers. Or if you are not in the CHESS system then you will need your Share Register Number (SRN) which starts with an I or C.
- Postcode: As per Registered Address for your shareholding.
- Enter Security Code as displayed on the screen.
- Tick the tick box for agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
3. Click Skip to by-pass registering your portfolio for additional benefits... (you can register if you like)
4. Details of your shareholding will now appear. Towards the bottom of the screen is a section on Voting. Click on Voting which is underlined.
5. Another screen will appear with Voting records. Click on the Action Vote which is underlined.
6. Declaration screen. Read the declaration and then tick the box I/We agree to the declaration above if true, then click the NEXT button.
7. Voting Type. You can split your vote if you wish to. Otherwise accept the default of voting all your shares and click NEXT.
8. Click the 2nd option AGAINST and then click NEXT.
9. Proxy Appointment. The default is CHAIRMAN OF THE MEETING - you can leave this selection as the proxy must follow your instructions. You can appoint someone else if you like but make sure you provide them a copy of the your voting receipt and ensure that they are attending the meeting. Click NEXT.
10, Your voting instructions are then displayed for you to check and if correct click on CONFIRM.
11. Your voting instructions are then displayed from which you can print or email a receipt copy as required.

NOTE: If you have already voted then you can change your vote by going through the process again and this will update your vote.
