METHOD 3: VOTING BY PROXY FORM

Voting by proxy form must be done by providing a copy to the company by Wednesday 5th June by 10am

This can be done by fax 02 9287 0309 or in person during business hours at Link Market Services, 1A Homebush Bay Drive RHODES NSW 2138. If doing it by hand ask them to provide a voting receipt.

If you do not have a pre-filled form then a copy of the form can be used that exists at the end of the Scheme Booklet but you must manually enter the registered shareholder details as they appear on the share register. If you are unsure what these are you can contact Link Market Services or send me a message and I can look it up. It is a good idea to enter the number of shares you hold on this form as well.

You must appoint a proxy. Mark a [X] if you wish it to be the chairman or you can nominate any other person attending the meeting who agrees to be your proxy - please provide them with a copy of the proxy form with your Instructions. Send me a message if you require someone to be your proxy.

Mark the box AGAINST with a cross [X] and sign the bottom of the form.
