I've just read the documentation! Oleg's 19m shares he's gifting himself (almost tripling his current holding of 10m shares), at today's close of 33 cents is worth a cool $6.27 million! And the performance options appear to vest automatically if a takeover bid acquires more than 50% of the shares. They are fattening their wallets ready for the kill!

If these resolutions are defeated, I expect our undiluted shares to rise further toward 40 cents (or fall to the mid-20s if they get these options) so we all benefit if the takeover bid they seem to be anticipating comes to fruition.

I have no doubt their narcissistic vanity in hiring cold callers to pump us for our voting intentions means they are also reading our posts on HC! Let's give these guys an early Xmas present and scream out our voting intentions! For me, it's a BIG FAT:
