Yep, there are a lot of insider shares. They can't vote for their own ZEPOs but can vote for their mate's. As a result of this smaller shareholders need to be really vigilant otherwise they are going to have their holdings diluted yet again.
It is good news about the cold calls though. That means a lot of early no votes are coming in and management fears the resolution being voted down.The results will be communicated to the market within a couple of hours of the vote being held.
