My intenetions:
Vote YES to keep the directors (Res 3,4,5) and YES for incentive options for scientists (Res 11)
Vote NO to all the rest as this capital raising is real dud to exisintg shareholders, and management have not performed, so they shouldn't get more pay or options. I'd rather issue more shares at discount to current price to exisiting holders - at least we know the downside. There is potential for virtually unlimited downside for shareholders in the current cap raising proposal.
