Always go with the head and I will vote Yes.
Stephen Mayne....you've got to be kidding. He seems the governance equivalent to MM and IMF. Looking around for companies in trouble then hoping there is enough discontent to capitalise upon.
You have to be careful whom you put into governance positions. Unfortunately our choices are not very good.
