Was a tentative no a few weeks back, after Barclays substantial holder notice came out became a firm no, then finally with Morgan Stanley capital raising announcement a definite no.
Capital raising is now an option, meaning not nearly as much uncertainty should the sale fall through. Everyones question of well what's the alternative to MM now has an answer.
