I for one will definitely be voting NO to the Remuneration Report and Directors' Remuneration.
As pointed out by those running the company a very poor job has been done in 2013. Add that to a rubbish 2012 and I don't see a compelling case for an increase.
Add to that a used car sales job on Cresent, TI, staff issues.
Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to make a lick of difference as those on the inside hold enough voting power to benefit themselves.
Rewarding mediocrity is stupid but rewarding a bad performance is insane!
Does anyone else have a view?
