Lake Charles, if you haven't contacted your financial institution yet, I would do that and make sure as to whether you're a shareholder or not. I use Fidelity and have been doing my research. after speaking to a few different folks on the international team I have confirmed that LNGLF shares are shares bought by a US market maker and brought to the US market. They also disagree with the statement that LNGLF is a derivative! In further inquiry I asked why I wasn't receiving any proxy material from the company. I was told that LNGLF shares are held through Citibank and there is a new program where I could request to be sent proxy material, so I signed up. A few days later I received a follow-up call from my Fidelity rep stating Citibank made the request to LNG Ltd for proxy material and was informed they will not be sending anything to them as the cost of postage would be a financial burden. They stated shareholders could view the information on the company website. Looks to me like we are shareholders without a voice! I will be following up with another email to the CFO.....
