I’ll be voting no to Resolution 5. After Trent’s ‘performance’ dumping his holding over the past 12 months, he should be buying back shares in the market that we all invest in, not creating a new issue and bonuses.
Also voting no to Resolution 4. I would support it at an amended higher conversion price for options, but at .01c will put an anchor on the SP recovery that will drag for some time.
