For me it was completely all one way or the other (for the resolutions)
Under your scenario, I cannot understand how you think we could have a harmonious Board going forward, with 2 incumbents and one instigating change.

Or worse still, ignoring Grant and Andrew completely and appointing EH. Background looks good but not for TNG. Apart from anything else I imagine it wouldn't be long before she succumbed to the current culture and it would be deja vu.
On earlier posts I advocated to keep Paul if possible. However ,the tenor of TNG's response has been unbecoming and patronising on such an important issue and I now think a clean break is essential.
And the sooner the better. Markets don't like uncertainty. imho
