What's the source of this? There has been no mention of any deal being done after the AGM by any party officially (announcements) or unofficially (verbal or email).
It is a possibility due to the new options. But it is purely speculation.
If I were either party I would be trying to get the deal done prior to the AGM so that the shareholders don't rip the management to bits at the meeting. It's in RD interest to stay alive so I'm sure he's pushing for it to happen ASAP. TO interests are perplexing.
