agree jasesry.
a vote for all the resolutions gives all shareholders the opportunity to be part of new ventures and a chance for some strong capital growth. the new board will get some great projects into the company imo and more importantly will be able to attract fresh investors to re-invigorate the sp when its back listed. imo their is no choice but to vote yes.
a no vote means administration imo.
