If you are a new shareholder, like me, who hasnt received formal voting papers, it is easy to do online.
Visit investorvote webpage. Input control number 133729, HIN number and post code, then follow prompts to vote. takes 1 minute all up.
I voted as per STAM intentions.
It is hard to imagine anyone not siding with STAM.
Just need to look at charts of some of their current holdings-BIS,HZN,NAM, Diamond Offshore.
KAR could have a similar chart too, with a board(may have to be rejuvenated) following STAM experience in capital management.
