On the topic of capital management, while we ended FY23 with a strong balance sheet, cashon hand was negatively impacted by the unplanned production shutdown. As a result, theBoard decided not to pay a dividend in respect of FY23
Our capital management priorities remain, in order, for stay-in-business capex, debtservicing, and then value-adding growth investment, balanced with sustainable returns toshareholders. The recent Gulf of Mexico acquisition will diversify our asset base and addreliable, long-term production which should enhance our ability to pay dividends in thefuture. The Board will closely monitor and reassess potential capital management options inearly 2024.Yeah, one little mishap at Bauna and they can't pay a dividend but can go ahead with a CR and buy another asset ensuring 20% of the STI's were met.
