Simon has said to have brushed it off and that it was a "oversight" and it wasn't intentional, if that was the case they would have released an amendment on these performance rights.

Instead they have still chosen to run the gauntlet and see if they can pull a sly one on us all and reap the rewards. Big fat NO from me aswell. Perform and you won't have any issue receiving your performance rights fairly, it's that simple.
